HY系列噴水織機----雙經軸機型

HY series water jet loom-- Double warp beam

雙經軸噴水織機在HY7系列噴水織機成熟的技術基礎上，融入新技術與先進的織機理念，設計研發而成。幅寬：150cm~360cm。單噴﹑雙噴或三噴緯入裝置，雙層經軸，雙伺服電機，電子送經,機械或電子卷取，配置了電子多臂或凸輪開口裝置，能夠保證雙層織物的幾種不同經紗張力的平衡，解決了中等厚重織物和高密度織物的織造穩定性及雙層組織織物布面平整度的問題。織物的適應范圍在不斷的擴大，符合不斷創新的市場需求,是客戶在競爭中取勝的可靠保證。

Double warp beam type water jet loom is designed and developed based on HY7series water jet loom. It combined with new technology and advanced idea of the loom. The width is from 150cm to 360cm. This loom is equipped with a single nozzle, two or three nozzle weft insertion device, double warp beam, dual servo motor, electronic let-off, mechanical or electronic take-up system, and electronic dobby or cam shedding unit, so it is able to ensure the equalization of strain of different warps, the weaving stability of medium heavy fabric and high-density fabric, and the plainness of two-layer fabric. The range of applying of fabric is widening continually. Meeting the changing market is the reliable guarantee to win in competition.
